Poster Guidelines
View the 2018 Poster Presenters.
- The maximum dimensions for your poster are 3 feet tall x 4 feet wide.
- Posters need to be up on the poster boards in the CIBC Hall by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event. There will be velcro dots available to fasten your poster to the board.
- Posters must correspond with your assigned poster number, which will be given to you during registration on the day of the event. This is critical to ensure accurate judging.
Talk and poster awards will be announced during the awards ceremony at The Faculty Club.
